Shipping inside Germany
Postage inside Germany is 5,49 Euro for all deliveries below 150 Euro item-value. Any purchase higher than 150 Euro is free of charge. All items are sent with registered post and tracking possibility.
 
Shipping Abroad
Shipping inside EU is 8 Euro.
All other countries - 12 Euro.
Any purchase higher than 300 Euro is free of charge.

Prices are valid for parcels weighing no more than 500 g. For larger parcels, the price depends on the weight. Please inquire before purchase.
 
Reserving items
It is possible to put an item on hold for up to 7 days. If there is an item you would like to reserve, please email me using the contact button.
 
Payments
MUQADEMA uses Paypal for a secure checkout payment. Cheques and bank-transfere is also accepted.
 
Returns
We accept returns up to 7 days after the arrival of the item and offer a full refund, should you not be complete satisfied with your puchase. Return postage is at the buyers expense.
